To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on GoalBet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
GoalBet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and witholding of the Account Balance pending investigation.
When you register a GoalBet Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Any false or misleading information provided during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
You must provide, at minimum: your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document), a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile number, your date of birth, and a chosen password. GoalBet uses this information solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, GoalBet requires the following verification documents to be submitted through your Account dashboard:
GoalBet aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receipt of all required documentation. Complex or high-value cases may take longer. You will be notified via email of the outcome of your verification review.
Note: GoalBet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, regardless of prior KYC clearance. This includes requests for source-of-funds documentation for high-volume accounts.
By accessing GoalBet, you agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with this Agreement. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. GoalBet will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any unauthorised access to your Account should be reported to [email protected] immediately.
GoalBet accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following channels: FPX bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT, and BTC. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or near real time, subject to the processing speed of the selected payment channel. GoalBet does not charge deposit fees, although your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. VIP-tier players (Platinum and above) benefit from priority processing. GoalBet is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving bank or payment provider.
Currency: All GoalBet account balances are held in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Withdrawals via cryptocurrency are converted at the rate applicable at the time the withdrawal request is processed.
GoalBet offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All promotions are governed by these general terms as well as any specific conditions published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any portion of the balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, aRM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requiresRM 2,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal is permitted.
Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements expire on the date specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds and any associated winings will be removed from the Account Balance without notice.
GoalBet actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin bet placement designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and reverse-hedge strategies across related accounts. Accounts found to be engaging in such conduct will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
GoalBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect players who have already accepted a promotion in good faith and are actively working toward its wagering requirements at the time of the change.
A bet is considered accepted only when a confirmation is returned by GoalBet's system and bet reference number is issued. Bets placed during a period of system error, network interruption, or incorrect odds display are subject to review and may be voided at GoalBet's discretion.
GoalBet reserves the right to void any bet where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; incorrect odds were offered due to a manifest error; the bet was accepted after the relevant market should have been suspended (e.g., a goal had already been scored in a live match); or evidence of match-fixing or result manipulation is established by a recognised sporting authority.
In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. GoalBet is not responsible for discrepancies between displayed odds and odds at the exact moment of bet placement during periods of high latency. By placing in-play bets, you accept that the odds displayed may update fractionally between submission and acceptance.
GoalBet applies maximum payout limits per event, market, and bet type. These limits are displayed within the betting interface. Where a payout calculation exceds the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum limit regardless of the odds at the time of placement.
All sports betting and casino game outcomes on GoalBet are determined by certified random number generation systems or live dealer play. GoalBet does not manipulate game outcomes and is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all Players.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any GoalBet content without prior written consent from GoalBet.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoalBet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
GoalBet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
GoalBet does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that internet connectivity issues, device failures, and third-party service interruptions are outside GoalBet's control. GoalBet shall not be liable for losses arising from such disruptions.
Gambling Losses: Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss. GoalBet does not accept liability for gambling losses sustained by any Player in the ordinary course of play where the games and markets were operating correctly.
You may request closure of your GoalBet Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance (net of active bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification.
GoalBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where GoalBet has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has: violated any provision of this Agreement; provided false registration information; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct; or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
Upon termination, all licences and rights granted under this Agreement shall immediately cease. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings acrued through Bonus Funds that remain subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements at the date of termination will be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned subject to GoalBet's anti-money laundering obligations.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which GoalBet is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant territory.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players are encouraged to contact GoalBet's customer support team, which will make every reasonable effort to resolve complaints informally within 10 business days of receipt.
If you are a Malaysian Player and are dissatisfied with GoalBet's response to your complaint, you may seek advice from independent consumer protection bodies. GoalBet will cooperate in good faith with any recognised third-party mediation process.
